Sandwiches

The classic BLT meets the South. I have been obsessed with fried green tomatoes lately and could not resist substituting them for the tomato in a traditional BLT, thus the BLFGT was born – the perfect mix of spicy, acidic, crunchy, and salty.

This is one of the easiest and quickest dinners that does not skimp out on flavor!   This is my favorite pickled veggies, try to make these at least an hour in advance (even better if you can make them the night before.
